What Data TabMonk Accesses
TabMonk requires access to the following browser APIs to function:
- Tabs API: To display your open tabs, their titles, URLs, and favicons. This is the core functionality of the extension.
- Storage API: To save your sessions and theme preference locally on your device.
Data Storage
All data is stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API:
- Saved sessions: Tab URLs, titles, and favicons for sessions you choose to save
- Theme preference: Your selected theme (default or kl4us)
This data never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to any external servers.
Data Collection
TabMonk does not collect:
- Personal information
- Browsing history
- Analytics or usage data
- Any data for advertising purposes
Third-Party Services
TabMonk does not use any third-party services, analytics tools, or external APIs. The extension works entirely offline after installation.

Your Control
You have full control over your data:
- Delete saved sessions at any time within the extension
- Uninstalling the extension removes all stored data
- Clear Chrome's extension storage to reset all preferences
